A record about the quiet substitution happening inside modern work.

Not every escalation gets a name. Most get a usage report, a renewal date, and a room full of people who already know. Escalation Season is a record about that room.

Some of these songs stay close: one relationship, one account, one follow-up nobody wrote. Others pull back to where it started, the all-hands, the company card, the question nobody asked before signing. All of them live in the gap between the number and the room, between the roadmap and what actually shipped.

The songs never name the world they live in. They describe it in the language of people who were there. The satire is structural. The feeling is real.
